Rest & Relaxation with Salt Baths

Updated: Feb 3, 2021

Valentine’s can be an anxiety-inducing holiday whether you have someone to share it with or dedicating it to a day of self-love. In both instances, mid pandemic, creating a relaxing environment is the perfect way to go.

Salt has a wide array of benefits. The mineral helps to hold moisture in the body. Warm water and salt can make bath soaks relaxing to the body and mind.

Treating our bodies with salt baths is one of the best restorative acts after a long day. This ritual soothes the muscles, hydrates the skin, detoxifies the body, and may reduce internal swelling. Results can provide smooth skin, a better night’s sleep, or mild detoxification. Bath salts can be a beneficial routine to practice.

Moisturizes the skin Try soaking in a bath once a week for 15 minutes. Benefit: Improves your skin's hydration.

I am a big fan of bath salts, foot soaks, and baths in general. Bartholomew Sisters' newest item to the product line is our Jasmine Himalyan Bath Soak. It can be added to a bath with a cup of Epsom salts or used separately. Perfect for keeping your skin smooth and your mind stress-free.
